BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Neiman is an attorney at the law firm Horowitz & Burnett, P.C., an "AV" rated Denver law firm, with an emphasis on complex civil litigation, insolvency and creditor rights, and commercial transactions. He is counsel to a diverse group of clients ranging from corporate and individual plaintiffs and defendants in litigation, debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, liquidating trustees, chapter 7 trustees, assignees for the benefit of creditors, disbursing agents, and parties to contracts such as lessors and lessees. During these engagements, which range in amount of controversy from de minimus amounts to hundreds of millions of dollars, he has successfully resolved complex issues in favor of clients.
